Lavneet Dhillon

As an associate in the firm's Business Group, Lavneet's practice focuses on business and corporate matters, with an emphasis on the formation of business entities and equity and debt financings.

Lavneet started her legal career as a corporate associate at Brubaker Law LLP. She has served as outside general counsel and assisted clients with corporate formation, corporate governance, onboarding and offboarding employees, and negotiations with customers and suppliers. She has worked with startups and venture capital funds at all stages of their life cycle in a range of venture capital and debt financings, from early-stage convertible note rounds to later equity financings.
