Thoits Law Welcomes Misasha Graham – December 1, 2017
Misasha Graham joined the firm as a Special Counsel in the firm’s Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on general commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes.
Prior to joining Thoits Law, Misasha was a senior associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. While at Orrick, Misasha gained extensive experience in complex patent infringement, IP licensing, copyright, trademark and trade secret misappropriation litigation. Misasha has handled numerous high-stakes IP litigation matters involving a wide range of technologies before United States federal district courts, state courts, and within the context of International Trade Commission Section 337 Investigations for both domestic and international clients. In addition, Misasha also has significant trial experience in the area of damages and intellectual property remedies. Her practice in the past has also focused on cross-border class action litigation, complex civil litigation, and antitrust matters. She has devoted a significant amount of her time to pro bono matters and issues concerning social justice.
Misasha graduated A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard University and received her J.D. from Columbia Law School. She is fluent in Japanese.
