Michael is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. His practice focuses on general commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. Michael is dedicated to his clients’ satisfaction, striving to be both efficient and effective in his practice.

Prior to joining Thoits Law, Michael worked at boutique employment law firms where he gained considerable experience litigating wrongful termination claims in both state and federal courts.

Michael is also active in the community. He volunteers at a local high school as a mock trial coach, mentors law school students and new attorneys, and participates as a guest lecturer at the Legal Aid At Work Workers’ Rights Clinic.
