Katie is a shareholder in the firm's Litigation Group and specializes in all aspects of intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent, trademark, design and copyright litigation.

She has extensive experience managing litigation on a global scale.  She has represented clients before courts and various intellectual property bodies in the U.S., China, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the United Kingdom.  Katie has particular expertise in developing large scale IP enforcement strategies for multi-national companies faced with global counterfeiting and other IP dilution issues.
 
Because Katie has lived and worked not only in the US but also the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and mainland China, she brings a unique and well-honed understanding and perspective of both the domestic and international IP issues facing many companies today.
