With over 27 years of experience as a civil litigator and trial lawyer, Kathryn represents and counsels domestic and international, private and public companies and individuals in a variety of intellectual property matters, business, real estate and employment disputes, and complex business relationships.
Her experience as a trial attorney and in private mediation and arbitration gives her a unique perspective and approach to achieving client goals. Her keen ability to apply practical judgment and strategic decision-making advances her clients’ interests and achieves positive economic results.Kathryn has been representing domestic and international clients in US litigation and other matters for over 20 years, including patent litigation, IP licensing negotiations, contract and real estate disputes, theft of trade secret and consumer protection matters. Her clients include individuals, small businesses and publicly traded companies in a variety of industries. She has represented clients in connection with importation matters involving the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and product recalls involving the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. She has represented clients in courts across the United States, before judges and juries and before the Court of Appeals.
