He has substantial experience representing Fortune 500 companies and small businesses in high-stakes litigation in state and federal court. He has represented media outlets and credit card companies in multi-state antitrust litigation, numerous clients in multi-million contractual and business tort disputes, and has represented a large financial institution in a multi-billion bankruptcy litigation, which resulted in a four-month trial.  Beyond his litigation work, Chris also has experience with internal investigations and regulatory proceedings.  Chris also has enjoyed a robust pro bono practice, which has included representing clients in housing and immigration matters.
Prior to joining Thoits Law, Chris practiced at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison for seven years, where he was an associate in the litigation department. His prior experience also includes several years with a boutique litigation firm in New Jersey where he specialized in commercial litigation, toxic tort claims, and insurance matters.
