Andrew P. Holland
Shareholder
Mr. Holland is a shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Group. He specializes in complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes.
Mr. Holland has performed extensive work in partnership and corporate disputes, financial fraud cases, copyright, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition and licensor-licensee disputes. He regularly represents publicly traded and privately held companies as well as individuals in binding arbitration and federal and state courts throughout the United States. Mr. Holland has significant trial experience acting as lead counsel and has obtained multi-million dollar awards in both jury and non-jury trials.In the intellectual property field, Mr. Holland assists clients with enforcing copyrights, trademarks and patents, and he regularly counsels clients on the selection, use, and protection of trademarks, including prosecuting and maintaining trademark registrations and representing clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
