Our litigation group, led by Bill McLean and Greg Hull, specializes in the trial of complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. We provide businesses and individuals, as well as other collaborating law firms, with veteran trial lawyers when a case is headed toward trial. Our attorneys have tried dozens of cases to verdict in both State and Federal Courts, and we have applied this experience in cases involving theft of trade secrets, patent infringement, breach of license agreements, as well as many other disputes arising out of employment, commercial, insurance and real estate relationships. We are also current in the use of electronic technology during discovery and in the management and presentation of evidence at trial. This depth of experience assures our clients that they will be in experienced hands at the Courthouse and that they will be carefully advised by seasoned lawyers at every stage of the litigation.

Our trial attorneys are frequently called upon by other firms to collaborate on cases going to trial; we can supply jury trial experience to a firm that recognizes the need for what we offer – the judgment, maturity and skill born of extensive jury trial experience.

We have served as lead or co-counsel in complex litigation involving a variety of intellectual property, from biotechnology to high capacity storage, as well as disputes outside the area of intellectual property, including class actions.
