Phil has served as Special Trial Counsel to the Firm since February 2007. Phil's business litigation practice emphasizes the representation of partners, partnerships, corporations, founders, officers, directors and investors. His general litigation practice includes product liability, professional liability, and general aviation litigation. Before starting his own practice in 1997, Phil was a Senior Partner in the San Jose, California firm Popelka, Allard, McCowan and Bondonno.
