Misasha S. Graham – Special Counsel

Misasha is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on general commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes.

Prior to joining Thoits Law, Misasha was a senior associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. While at Orrick, Misasha gained extensive experience in complex patent infringement, IP licensing, copyright, trademark and trade secret misappropriation litigation. Misasha has handled numerous high-stakes IP litigation matters involving a wide range of technologies before United States federal district courts, state courts, and within the context of International Trade Commission Section 337 Investigations for both domestic and international clients. In addition, Misasha also has significant trial experience in the area of damages and intellectual property remedies. Her practice in the past has also focused on cross-border class action litigation, complex civil litigation, and antitrust matters.

Misasha has always been involved in pro bono work and has devoted much of her time to impact litigation, appellate briefing, Supreme Court habeas petitions, and international refugee rights. She is also active in the community through various volunteer positions and her commitment to social justice at all levels.
