J. Ronald Hershberger – Of Counsel
Biography
Ron focuses his practice on estate planning, trust and probate matters, including the development of gift programs, preparation of trusts, wills and related documents, probate of estates, and other post-death asset transfers. He has been a lecturer and consulting editor for the Continuing Education of the Bar. A graduate of Willamette University College of Law with highest honors, where he was an editor of the Law Journal, Ron followed law school with a two-year clerkship at the California Supreme Court. He served four years as President of the United States Figure Skating Association, was president of the organizing committee that hosted the 1992 World Figure Skating Championships, and was a director of the organizing committee that hosted the 1996 U.S. Figure Skating Championships in San Jose.
