Erin joined Thoits, Love, Hershberger and McLean in 2006 as an associate in the Litigation and Corporate Groups, with an emphasis on employment law matters. She also brings experience in the emerging area of electronic discovery and record retention. Erin is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law where she was a Comments Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review, research assistant to Dean Donald Polden, and recipient of the CALI award in Employment Law. Prior to entering law school, she worked for several years in magazine and book publishing in the San Francisco Bay Area. Erin holds an undergraduate degree with honors in Communications/Journalism from Mills College and was the Features Editor for the Mills College Weekly. She is also a graduate of The Putney School, the first coeducational boarding school in the country, founded in the 1930s on a working farm in Vermont. Erin's favorite leisure activity is spending time with her treasured family and friends.
