Eiko joined the Trusts
and Estates Group of Thoits, Love, Hershberger & McLean in
2002 after practicing at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco,
where she counseled public and private companies on corporate and
securities matters. Eiko is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where
she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She earned her bachelor’s
degree from Stanford University and, after graduation, studied at
Keio University in Tokyo, Japan as a Monbusho Scholar.
