Eiko Itoh – Senior Counsel
Biography
Eiko joined the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group in 2002 after practicing at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco. She practices in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate administration, and estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. She works closely with individuals, couples and families, as well as their other professional advisors, to help her clients establish and administer comprehensive estate plans that address their personal concerns and incorporate transfer tax minimization strategies. Eiko also has extensive experience counseling and representing heirs, beneficiaries, trustees, executors, and other fiduciaries in post-death estate and trust administration matters, including probates and trust-related court proceedings.
