As a member of firm's Litigation Group, Andrew specializes in complex business disputes involving breach of contract, trade secrets misappropriation, unfair competition, and trademark and copyright infringement, as well as other business torts. He also handles many real estate disputes and related matters. Andrew has significant trial preparation experience as well as expertise in all types of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation, early neutral evaluation, and early settlement conferences.
Andrew joined the Litigation Group of Thoits, Love, Hershberger & McLean in 2006 after practicing at Hoge, Fenton, Jones and Appel, Inc., where he was an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. Andrew graduated from Santa Clara School of Law in 2002. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. Andrew is an active member of the American Bar Association, Santa Clara Bar Association and San Francisco Bay Area Intellectual Property Inn of Court.
